Time is of the Essence

For the last 4 years I have been trying to help people, like me, to move more easily if they, like me, are not able to walk as well as most people are.
Self esteem is the most important factor for most and in needing that, I have invented two unique items – the “WheelLink” and the “WheelEasier”.
In my small way I have obtained patents, the manufacture of the items and have set up a business and have now sold to over 100 people in the UK, who have sent back to me the most wonderful testimonials.
The business has grown and could grow to a size not possible now for me to continue with and I am now searching for a Company who can see, as I do, the enormous possibilities in enabling it to grow.
An example –

I have been selling the “WheelEasier” to people on a one off basis – at £26.99 and selling the item at £39.99 –
i.e. £13- to cover Company costs and delivery costs.
If I was able to sell in bulk I have could receive manufacturer costs of £9.99. per item
i.e.£30 to cover Company costs and raise profit to over 300% of the manufactured cost !

Having sold 100 items already I have learnt the varying differing needs of my customers and understand well that the product, in a few areas, needs to be upgraded and managed in a more specialised way – especially if it is being sold to the masses, where differing needs will be identified.
However my wife and family are becoming fed up with my one-track mindedness and therefore have given me until the 1st January 2012 to have sold the Company in its’ entirety, or let it lapse – which I am not prepared to do.
Therefore if there are any Companies “out there” who would like to discuss their intentions to possibly buy my Company – Ablequip Ltd., for a very small amount of say £10,000 and agree to allow me £1- royalty on every one of the items sold – then I would be happy to discuss and help them reach the goal which they would richly deserve.
